Lake Roberta - Urban Lake Rescue
The City of Tampa has contracted with Dyer, Riddle, Mills and Precourt, Inc. (DRMP) to provide professional engineering consulting services necessary for the preparation of construction plans and specifications for the Lake Roberta - Urban Lake Rescue project. The project will address water quality improvement associated with stormwater management within Lake Roberta and the enhancement of stormwater capture in adjacent right- of-way areas. Vegetative plantings and removal will also be discussed.
The public meeting is your opportunity to provide comments and suggestions regarding design elements which may be a part of the project. Representatives from DRMP and the City will be in attendance to provide an overview of the project as well as to listen to your priorities for water quality improvement in Lake Roberta. All comments received during the public meeting will be considered in finalizing the project design. Please note this project is limited in scope to the improvement of water quality and, therefore, will not address aesthetic improvements to Lake Roberta.
